Almost all data recovery requests that we receive fall under our $595 flat-rate data recovery package. This package includes:

  • Recovering your data from ANY device including but not limited to external hard drives, PCs, Macs, Android phones, SD and MicroSD cards, iPhones, laptops, desktops, etc
  • Repairing and recovering from: filesystem corruption, missing or damaged partition tables, accidentally deleted files, accidentally formatted drives, etc
  • Delivery of the recovered data onto the medium of your choosing. We can transfer the files to an external hard drive, e-mail them to you, or deliver them in whichever way you prefer.
  • There is no charge whatsoever if the data is unrecoverable.
  • Free pick-up and delivery anywhere in Springfield or Eugene. Outside of the area? We cover shipping both ways!
  • 48-hour turnaround in most cases

Unlike other data recovery providers, we provide our flat-rate pricing up front. There’s no “initial cost”, “diagnostic fee”, or bait-and-switch with us. The only time you pay more is if any parts are needed, and we always confirm that with you before ordering them. Parts are typically $40-$80 for a donor drive.

If you are thinking about going with another data recovery provider who has a cheaper rate, be sure to ask yourself and ask them:

  • Are they a professional, reputable firm? What are their reviews like online?
  • Do they specialize in data recovery or is this just something they do on the side? What kind of training and equipment do they have available at their disposal? Many computer repair shops offer “data recovery” but simply ship the drives to another data recovery provider!
  • Do they have equipment like a PC-3000? Many drive failures are caused by firmware issues which absolutely cannot be repaired without a PC-3000. It is the gold standard for data recovery and if they do not have it, they easily cannot recover half of the drives that come into their shop! The PC-3000 is a very expensive piece of equipment and most computer repair shops have not invested enough in their data recovery operations to have one.
  • What happens if the data cannot be recovered? Will you still be charged? How long will it take to find out?

Note that recoveries on SAS/SCSI drives and RAID arrays incur additional costs. If you don’t recognize these terms and you aren’t recovering data from a server, these costs wouldn’t apply to your recovery.
